The Easy Button DOES NOT Exist!
Let’s face it – the Easy Button DOES NOT exist. Got it?
Every time I get an email or see an ad about a business that sets itself up and runs on autopilot, I get sick to my stomach. Why? Because I bought into that several years back. I was chasing that “Something for Nothing” dream. They said it could happen….why would they lie?
Well, I’m not sure why they would lie, but they did. And they’re still doing it. But let’s get real. If it was that easy to make money online, why wouldn’t everyone do it? If you didn’t look at the “Internet Courses” page on this site (tab at the top), you probably didn’t see this figure:
95% of Internet Marketers Never Make a Dime!
And it’s probably because they listen to those people who are constantly telling them how easy it is to make $100,000 per month while they’re at the beach.
Don’t give them your money……Don’t give them your time. Money is one thing – you can probably make more of that, but you will NEVER be able to recoup the time you waste on these deceitful programs.
And here’s another sobering fact: If you truly want to make long term money on the internet, you have to build a business. So while you’re focusing on making that short term money, don’t forget to plan for the long haul.
Don’t get me wrong, there are many ways you can make short term money, and there are also ways you can build a website, do most of the work in a relatively short period and then make money from that site without any further work. I have some of those sites. I built them in about a week (each one) and they still make me money. Not a lot, but I’m WAY in profit on them and they require no further work.
I did that by following the lessons in Commission Ritual. You can read more about that on the Internet Marketing Courses Section. I have used other courses to take me to a much higher level. You have to start somewhere – and making that first $1 is the biggest step you will ever take in internet marketing.
But my point in this post is that no matter what you do, you will have to work and you will eventually have to have more knowledge. It’s hard to build a business when you have no foundation. Start building it today. You’ll surprise yourself at how quickly you’ll learn and how much easier it is to build upon a solid foundation.
